1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Service Failure: If SMS messages are not delivered due to technical issues on our end.
  • Wrong Charges: If you were incorrectly charged for services not rendered.
  • Account Closure: Refund for unused credits when closing your account (subject to processing fee).

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • SMS credits that have been successfully delivered
  • SMS credits used in attempted deliveries (even if recipient didn't receive)
  • Service charges and processing fees
  • Promotional or bonus credits
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

3. Refund Process

  • Submit refund request via email to support@shadowbulksms.com
  • Include your account details, transaction ID, and reason for refund
  • We review requests within 5-7 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

4. Refund Amount

Refunds are calculated based on unused credits at the time of request. A processing fee of 10% or Rs. 50 (whichever is higher) may apply for voluntary account closures.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. Unused credits may be eligible for refund as per this policy. Contact support to initiate account cancellation.
