1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shadow Bulk SMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Shadow Bulk SMS is a project of Shadow Innovations, registered in Pakistan. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Shadow Innovations and its SMS service platform.

2. Service Description

Shadow Bulk SMS provides bulk SMS sending services, OTP verification services, voice call services, and SMS API integration for businesses and individuals in Pakistan.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts require admin approval.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. SMS Sending Guidelines

  • All SMS messages must comply with Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) regulations.
  • Users must not send spam, fraudulent, or misleading messages.
  • Users must have consent from recipients before sending promotional SMS.
  • Prohibited content includes: hate speech, harassment, illegal activities, adult content, and any content violating Pakistani laws.
  • We reserve the right to review and block any SMS content that violates our policies.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
  • SMS credits are deducted based on message length (160 characters = 1 credit).
  • Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to users.
  • Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

6. API Usage

  • API access is granted only to approved users with valid API keys.
  • API keys must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
  • Excessive API calls may result in rate limiting or account suspension.
  • We may revoke API access at any time for policy violations.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will notify users of planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shadow Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
